Welcome! This is the website for a course on Italian Food Culture in Practice that was taught in the fall of 2016 by Dr. Chiara De Santi as a Honors Seminar (HONR 229) at the State University of New York at Fredonia.
Mr. Dean Messina, Director of Dining Services at Fredonia, was the constant guest chef of the course.
The course also had two Interns from the Department of Communication, Andrew Mertens (Video Production, on the right) and Curtis Lord (Public Relations, on the left).
